We had an incredible stay with impeccable service from the friendly staff. The hotel is very clean and modern, with a great design and an amazing scent in the entrance hall. The location is perfect, right in front of the west beach in Palm Jumeirah, offering easy access to grocery stores, pharmacies, and shopping malls. The private beach was a delightful bonus, with free sun loungers and a breathtaking view of the marina. The pool on the 11th floor provided a cozy space to relax, with a nice view of Burj Al Arab. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant had a great variety of vegan options.

We had a fantastic 8-night stay at this hotel. The 1-bedroom apartment on the 10th floor had a beautiful balcony with a stunning view of a famous landmark. The room was perfectly cleaned every afternoon by a friendly housekeeper who checked in on us daily. Despite the construction work nearby, we had no issues with noise. The hotel's proximity to a small, clean beach with free water was a plus, and there was always enough room. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near a supermarket and had good transportation links to various popular areas in the city.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, especially at the breakfast buffet and front desk. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful and spacious room that was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions like Palm Pointe, Marina, and JBR. Plus, I loved that the hotel provided free sun loungers on the beach. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of tasty options to choose from.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and the urban skin products provided were amazing. The staff, especially HTOO from the restaurant, were exceptional and made our experience memorable. The private beach was fantastic and just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the delicious food served at the restaurant and the option for room service. the hotel had great facilities and a super good breakfast.
