We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in TiCom. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always at our service. The cleanliness of the hotel and facilities was impeccable. The location was perfect for activities and shopping at nearby malls. The transportation options were convenient, with easy access to Dubai transit and taxis. The hotel's outlet restaurant, Pregos, was one of the best for Italian food. it was a great experience and we would definitely come back again if given the same offer.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, especially the clean swimming pool and terrace area. The location was perfect, with easy access to prime tourist attractions and the city's best spots. Plus, the breakfast was nice with a good variety.
