I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff, including Basheer, Ann, Lea, and the big guy in the restaurant, were all friendly and helpful. The Filipino ladies in the restaurant went above and beyond to make sure guests were happy, even customizing breakfast options. The cleaners and maintenance team did an excellent job, keeping the rooms and hotel spotless. The portable rooftop swimming pool was a lovely feature. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the metro and nearby attractions. the customer service, rooms, breakfast, cleanliness, and travel arrangements were all fantastic.

The location was excellent, with easy access to famous landmarks and close proximity to nightclubs, making it a great choice for young travelers. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a splendid spread of food. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location were top-notch.

The location was perfect, with everything we needed just steps away, including supermarkets, the Abra water taxi stop, and the Dubai Museum. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
