We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and super helpful, from housekeeping to reception, concierge, and security. Our room, the prestige suite, was large, clean, and quiet. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a great beach area and a beachfront lounge where we spent our evenings. The breakfast was delicious and there was a variety of options. Additionally, the location was great, close to the main malls and especially the Dubai Mall where the fountains are a must-see.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. The spacious room with a balcony was great, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the pool and beach access, were excellent. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even bringing us a microwave for our entire stay. The breakfast and dinner included in our stay were generous portions of delicious food. we had a wonderful experience.

We had an incredible time at this hotel! The Opera Suite was a perfect fit for our family and the Premier Lounge provided outstanding service. The staff, especially Ian, Tabitha, and the gentleman at check-in, were all amazing. The food and ambience at Portofino were excellent. The hotel location in the middle of the sea made the temperature reasonable and the wind pleasant. The pool area was very nice, and the beaches were calm and enclosed within the palm.
For us, it was ideal.

The hotel facilities, including the spa, were out of this world.
The room was huge and very comfortable.
The location on the beach allowed for relaxing during the day and provided a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa skyline in the other.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location on the new Atlantis residence right on the beach was a dream come true, with private sun-lounges for ultimate relaxation. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
