The hotel had outstanding service from the moment I arrived until I checked out. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the chef at the Varq restaurant prepared meals exactly as I requested. The hotel facilities were beautiful, with a stunning pool area and a clean and spacious room. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of cuisines, and the hotel's location made it easy to check out and explore the city.

The hotel had top-notch service, offering a transfer to Aquaventure and a room with a lovely view. We appreciated the kind and caring staff, especially the chef who went out of his way to get macarons for our son. The buffet dinner was excellent, and the beach and pool were pleasant, with plenty of sunbeds available. The hotel also had great facilities for kids, including an activity area and a kids club. we loved our stay.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was breathtaking and the breakfast was delicious. It was a great spot to disconnect and rejuvenate.
