I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always making sure I was enjoying my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and comfortable room. The location was excellent, close to downtown and just a short taxi drive away from major attractions. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the eggs were freshly made.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room and bathroom being beautifully maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool which was large enough for both kids and adults. The hotel also offered a great early check-in and late checkout promo, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the eco-friendly touch of the bamboo card and toothbrush. The staff, especially Grace the housekeeping manager and Harrison, always had a smile on their faces and made us feel welcome.

They even helped me order taxis and provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the city. The hotel was impeccably clean, with the housekeeping staff cleaning our room twice on some days. I absolutely loved the pool, which offered a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy all tastes. Additionally, the hotel provided a convenient shuttle bus service that took us to the Dubai Mall, Emirates Mall, and the beach.
