We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The hotel's location was perfect, near very local shops, a market, and a mosque. It was situated in the typical tourist area of the city, allowing us to experience the local culture. The staff members were exceptional, especially Sarfaraz and Lijoy from the front office. They were courteous, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to the Baniyas Metro station and the Dubai Creek. We loved how clean and spacious our triple room was, with plenty of power outlets to charge our devices. The staff, especially the manager Mr. Masud, were incredibly helpful and made sure we had a smooth check-in. The beds were really comfortable and the bedding was clean and crisp. The hotel's proximity to local shopping, street food, and the Square was a major plus. We also appreciated the convenience of taxis in the area.

Additionally, the hotel's facilities, including the restaurant and room service, were top-notch, allowing us to enjoy hot food even when we arrived late at night. The transportation options were excellent, with the hotel being near the bus station, making it easy for us to explore the city.
